TRIADA brings two disciplines together: psychometrics, which ensures we measure well, and behavioural analysis, which knows how leaders really behave when pressure builds.

For years we used the best tools on the market, each one on its own. We saw the same thing again and again: reports that didn't talk to each other, self-reports that were hard to check and plans that never reached everyday work. We created TRIADA to bring the three perspectives together in one assessment, validate it with the environment and turn it into a plan people actually follow.
