What people usually ask us.
How is it different from a personality test?
A personality test describes someone under normal conditions. TRIADA adds what changes under pressure and how they handle emotions, and checks it with a 360. Three perspectives, one report.
Why is it more reliable than a self-report?
Because it doesn't stop at what people say about themselves: five to ten colleagues answer the same questions, and a consistency check detects random answers, contradictions and attempts to look good.
Can it be used for hiring?
No. TRIADA is designed for developing people and teams, not for hiring decisions or clinical diagnosis.
Where is the data stored?
On servers within the EU, in line with the GDPR. Questions and scoring keys are never published on the website.
How much does TRIADA cost?
It depends on the package and the number of people. Tell us what you need in the form and we'll prepare a tailored proposal.
How do I get access to the demo?
Fill in the form with your company email and confirm it. We review every request and send you a personal access code.
